Principles & Practices II (Broker's Course)- Students must have at least 1 year experience as a Salesperson in Florida before taking this course. Also, it is mandatory that students have completed the 45- Hour Post License course for Salespersons.

In order to obtain your real estate Brokers license, you will need to have 2 years experience as a salesperson and completed the 45-hour (or Post license class for Salespersons or equivalent course). All applicants need to do another electronic fingerprint through www.pearsonvue.com (cost = $56.00) and another state application through www.MyFloridaLicense.com (cost = $105.00) . Students must pass the end of course exam with a minimum score of 70 on a 100 question multiple choice test. You will 2 opportunities to pass. Should you not pass the 1st time, you will be requried to wait 30 days and take another 100 question multiple choice exam. You will have 2 years to pass the state exams given at www.pearsonvue.com (cost = $31.50 each attempt).
