| You must be a currently licensed salesperson and complete this class with a score of 75 or more on the 100 question multiple choice test. Should you not pass with at least a 75, you will be required to wait 30 days and complete another final exam. You must pass the test prior to your license expiration or your license will become null and void. This is a MANDATORY class for all real estate licensees. The course needs to be completed prior to your first license renewal. |
